Depart by private car and guide for Rovinj, a lovely seaside town on the northern part of Croatian Adriatic coast. In the afternoon, take a private walking tour of the quaintly archaic old town Rovinj. Visit its outdoor market famous for the best selection of truffles in all of Croatia. Don’t miss lunch at any of the nearby restaurants offering delicious Istrian specialties. Overnight in Rovinj.

Spend wonderful day on a private wine-tasting adventure through the rolling hills of the colorful Istrian countryside. Uncover the great tastes of Teran, Malvasia, Merlot, Muscat and Cabernet Sauvignon as you go through quaint towns and villages. Taste and find out about the prevalent Istrian olive oil, with its tasty piquant character through the olive oil roads, olive growers, makers and olive-tasting events. Visit small town Hum (the smallest town in the World!!) and visit old ancient Roman Arena in Pula town and its three-thousand-year-old history. End this superb exploration in charming Motovun with a succulent lunch of traditional specialties with Istrian truffles.

After breakfast in Rovinj… drive through the rugged Lika region to the amazing Plitvice Lakes National Park. Enjoy the refreshing hiking tour of the Lakes and admire the stunning views of the waterfalls. Break for lunch for a bite of fresh-cought trout or tasteful locally raised roasted lamb with potatoes with a glass of locally brewed beer. Overnight in Zadar.

On the way to Split, spend a few hours in Sibenik, as it offers something different from other towns, with its world-unique Romanesque cathedral built entirely in drywall (meaning in plane stone with no cement at all) surrounded by a cob of mediaeval streets in white stone, with a great boardwalk to the St. Nicholas castle…

Board the private sail boat and spend this day relaxing, enjoying the sun, sea and each other. Sail away to the beautiful Dalmatian islands in the company of a professional skipper and the crew. Snorkel and swim in the secluded beaches of Šolta and Brač. Dine on board your private sail boat as the fresh Mediterranean meals are prepared just for the two of you.

Traveling towards Dubrovnik along the Pelješac peninsula offers an excellent opportunity for the wine tasting and for some fresh oysters in Ston, known for its oyster beds and 4000 year old salt production.

Stroll the cobblestone streets of Dubrovnik Old Town and its museums, architectural landmarks, outdoor markets and local specialty shops. Perhaps take an optional full day excursion by private boat to a hidden beach on the island of Mljet.
